1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with MyFactoryInsights for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Submit a refund request directly through Paddle’s self-service portal.
- Alternatively, contact our support team at info@l2business.com and we will assist you in coordinating the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are typically processed within five to ten (5–10) business days and are returned to the original payment method.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day window) are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that materially prevents you from using the Services after a renewal, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the renewal charge and we will review your request in good faith.
4. Add-Ons and Credit Packs
AI credit packs and storage add-ons are eligible for refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the credits or storage have not been substantially consumed. Partially used add-ons may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. To both cancel and request a refund, please follow the steps in Section 2.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and amicably.
