- Billing information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- To generate AI-powered analyses and findings from submitted photos and metadata.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing the Services), consent (where required), and legal obligation.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information with: (a) subprocessors that help us deliver the Services (hosting, storage, AI providers, payments, analytics); (b) your organization’s administrators, who control accounts and Customer Data; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) successors in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
5. AI Processing
Photos and metadata you submit may be processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our subprocessors to generate insights. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your Customer Data to train their models. For details, see our AI Terms of Use.
6. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for as long as your organization maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period to satisfy legal or operational obligations. Account administrators may request deletion at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation through row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your credentials.
8. Your Rights

9. International Transfers
We may transfer personal data to the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
